Who the Fook Is This Guy ?

Saw this on my Facebook feed. And the first thing I thought was “Who the fook is this guy? “ (MMA Fans know it :P).

Jokes aside, watch what he is talking about, then read what’s here.
If working long hours develop SL then we might have achieved that stage 10–20 years ago. We Asians work long hours more than our European and American counterparts and that’s a fact. I try to talk with facts whenever I can, so I have attached all the relevant statistical data below for readers perusal.
He is asking who is working 14 hours??. Trust me this guy don’t have a clue what he is talking. For some example, I have seen some hotel workers work more than 16 hours, In logistic industry some people are working whole day while taking a nap of 1–2 hours to keep their body functioning. These are some people I have worked with, there are many more people who grinds +15 hours a day. Due respect to this guy, I really think he inherited what he has or ignorant about the ground level situation in Sri Lanka.
Working longer hours is not the correct solution for the crisis we are in, it should be efficiency that we should focus on. If someone says he is working 16 hours and he had only done 5 hours of real work, is it considered as successful work?
Excessive bureaucracy is the main problem i have found that hinders this great nation’s prosperity. Not, “enough hard work” bullshit. This gentlemen is riding the “Sales Training Mania” to earn some money for his company. I don’t blame the industry, that’s how this sales training industry works. This industry is full of people who sell the dream that hard work=success. Try it and see whether its working. Every one of us are different, Person “A” may take 2 hours to do a work and Person “B”might take 30 mins to do the same work. So according to this guy, person A should be rewarded because he worked more hours. You get the point….
He says Sri Lankans are one of the laziest people in the world. I agree to some point, Sri Lankans who born with silver spoon in their mouth are some of the laziest Muthafukas I have seen. They already have everything they need to have in this life time plus wealth for some 1–2 generations. People who have talked with so called middle class and lower class people know that they work so hard they sometimes don’t sleep for the day. I talk with everyone from road cleaning people to well-off people in SL. So I think i know what I’m talking about. Don’t just talk because you have a mouth. talk with facts Mr “Siyalladath”.
And salute to the lady who expressed her views boldly. That’s how it supposed to be, no need to listen to everything anyone says. That’s what we need in this country. People should have a backbone and should express themselves more when you have facts, without being a “boneless Yes Sir”.
And Sir, I don’t know who you are, but switch off your phone or keep it silent when you are doing a presentation. It’s a basic etiquette even a student would do. People judge everyone all the time, from the time of the human evolution, that’s how we humans survived. We try to understand whether he’s a threat, harmless or a human that I can trust or not. According to this video, Your body language and the way you handle that lady’s question, a guy with a half a brain will assume that you are an arrogant guy who born with with “ mamai lokka” attitude. Get down and try to live in reality, being humble will not make you down. You should listen to what others trying to express without interrupting them. I hope as a so called “sales trainer” you have read “How to win friends and influence people” .One of its main teachings were to listen to others well when they are speaking and have respect to them which you violated in this video. So if I were someone whose tasked with hiring a sales coach guru, I’m sure I won’t even give you a chance. I hope you learnt something as this is a constructive criticism. And I invite you to check FB and see the comments to your following video. I don’t know whether you can bear it, but that’s what people think about this type of talk.

Productivity is not = Long Hours
Productivity = Efficient and effective work

I would love to hear thoughts of others on this regard. In this country anyone can express themselves without hurting someone. So I invite everyone to comment what you’ll thinking.
